On January 30, 2026, Empress Royalty Corp. (TSXV:EMPR,OTC:EMPYF)(OTCQX:EMPYF) announced the grant of 250,000 restricted share units (RSUs) to Daniel Burns, the company’s newly appointed board member. The RSUs were granted pursuant to the company’s Equity Incentive Plan and will vest in equal installments over a two-year period, with the first tranche vesting one year from the date of grant.<\/p>\n
