Pan Global Resources Inc. (“Pan Global” or the “Company”) (TSXV: PGZ,OTC:PGZFF) (OTCQB: PGZFF) (FRA: 2EU) has announced that its Board of Directors has approved the grant of a total of 1,015,150 Restricted Share Units (RSUs) to three executive officers at a deemed price per RSU of $0.165 as short-term incentive compensation. The RSUs have been issued under the Company’s shareholder-approved Omnibus Equity Incentive Compensation Plan (the “Plan”).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The RSUs will vest on the one-year anniversary of the date of the grant. Under the Plan, a maximum of 5,000,000 non-option equity awards may be granted. Following the issuance of the RSUs today, an aggregate of 2,340,150 RSUs and 650,000 Deferred Share Units are outstanding under the Plan.
